The wheelchair bicycle OPair from Van Raam was tested for the tender by an independent commission of the Norwegian government. The OPair wheelchair bicycle is suitable for children or adults who are no longer able to cycle independently. It is the best tested wheelchair bicycle in comparison to all competitors like Draisine and Huka in this category. The OPair wheelchair bicycle has been around for several years and has been developed over the years. The OPair has been tested for several quality points and price. The product has an optional motor, which is the best of all tested competitors. The engine is equipped with the unique Silent System from Van Raam. It switches on quickly when pedalling, gives good pedalling support and has a starting aid and a freewheel, which makes it easier to start up on a slope, for example.
