Registering your vanRaam bike is quick and easy. It activates your warranty, gives you faster access to support, and connects you to the documents and resources you need to get the most from your bike.
The easiest way to register: the vanRaam app
If your vanRaam bike has electric pedal assist, the simplest way to complete your vanRaam bike registration is through the free vanRaam app. Create an account, link your bike, and it's registered. You'll also be able to switch between assist modes, check your battery level, and track how far you've cycled, all from your phone.
The vanRaam app is compatible with vanRaam e-bikes delivered from 2019 onwards.

Finding your frame number
Every vanRaam bike has a unique eleven-digit frame number, printed on a sticker with a barcode and applied under the clear coat on the frame. The exact location varies by model. Check the user manual that came with your bike or find it on your bike's product page under 'Price/Documentation'.
