The vanRaam bike warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults. It applies from the date of purchase and is subject to the full warranty terms, which you can download below.
Keeping your warranty valid
To maintain your bike warranty cover, an authorised vanRaam dealer must inspect your bike once a year. Your user manual includes a service record form for this purpose. Repairs and replacement parts must use original vanRaam components. Your dealer can order these directly.
How to make a claim
If you believe your bike has a manufacturing defect, contact your local vanRaam dealer first. They’ll assess the issue and liaise with vanRaam on your behalf.
Please have your frame number and proof of purchase ready when you get in touch.
