Because in our eyes Van Raam's products are the most high-quality and advanced products in the field of special needs bikes. We are very proud to have Van Raam products in our portfolio. There is hardly anything comparable in terms of detail solutions and quality.

2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?

We are part of the e-motion group and in addition to e-bikes, we also have a tricycle centre and cargo bike centre at our location in Erding. We have a total of 10 employees to take care of our customers.
 
Test ride
A test ride can be taken directly on our parking lot of approximately 5,000 m². We also have a large cycle track in the direct area. We try to mount all options, if available, immediately.
 
Purchase process

1. Request for an appointment
2. An appointment of 1.5/2 hours
3. Technical explanation of the different bikes
4. Test ride with a bike of your choice
5. Quotation
6. Order confirmation with down payment
7 Setup and inspection of the new bike
8. Delivery and handover statement to the customer

We try to help in every way and do not reject customers.

4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle?

All customers are very enthusiastic about their Van Raam bicycles. A couple with a Van Raam VeloPlus wheelchair transport bike was reminded that thanks to the bike they could enjoy nature together again.

5. What makes Dreirad-Zentrum Erding unique as a Van Raam Premium Dealer?

The customer orientation, our empathy and the possibility to try out the bikes directly on site. We carry out adjustments and minor alterations directly. We deliver the bikes to the customer's home, usually free of charge. We also offer on-site service at the customer's home and take care of anything that can be done on-site. We have the Van Raam bicycles in stock.

We also offer financing options: purchase, leasing and financing. As for insurance, we work with ENRA Insurance.
