What happens after production?
1. We customise the bicycle
The production lead time shown in the overview indicates how many weeks we need on average to make the bicycle.
2. We transport the bicycle to the vanRaam dealer
Once the bicycle is ready, we hand it over to the carrier. The shipment from vanRaam to the vanRaam dealer then takes a further few working days. This transport time is in addition to the stated production lead time.
We will inform the dealer of the planned delivery week for the bicycle.
3. The dealer delivers the bicycle
The delivery and final customisation of the bicycle take place at the vanRaam dealer. You can then start using the bicycle. We hope you enjoy cycling!
