Shiftable freewheel

Step 2: Do you have a combination of 8-speed and disengagement hub Fun2Go? Then put them on the 2nd stand.
If you have a shiftable freewheel, then put them in stand 1.

Fasten

Step 3: Fasten the footplate on the passenger side by clicking it into the provided holder.

Let’s all cycle!

Step 4: Take a seat, rest your feet on the footplate and enjoy the bike ride and the wind in your hair.

Advantage of the retractable footplate on the side by side tandem

On both bikes, the Duo bike Fun2Go and the Duo bike trailer FunTrain it is possible to mount a footplate on the passenger side in combination with the gear hub. This allows people who have less strength, but still want to ride along to rest if necessary and still get from A to B.

The footplate can therefore be folded out if the passenger cannot or does not want to ride. When the passenger feels that he or she can or wants to cycle again, the footplate can simply be folded back in so that the pedals can be reached again.
