Do you love colouring? Maybe you have a special needs bike yourself, or you know someone who does. Especially for you, vanRaam has created two colouring pages. On these pages, you can colour in various adapted bikes from the vanRaam range entirely to your own taste. Grab your pencils or markers and make something beautiful!
Van Raam donated a cheque to the Kanjers voor Kanjers Foundation. The record amount of money consisted of gifts that during the opening of the new Van Raam bicycle factory have been donated to the Foundation Kanjers voor Kanjers.
Since Van Raam's relocation in January 2019, there has been a lot of media attention for the manufacturer of special needs bicycles. In November 2019, De Gelderlander (a Dutch newspaper) published a large article about Van Raam. In this article the Gelderlander talks about the sustainable building and bicycle test track, the history, Van Raam as world market leader and the prizes it has won. On Tuesday October 8th, Marjolein Boezel, Financial / HRM Director of Van Raam, was invited for the presentation of the Annual Report on the State of the SME 2019 from the Netherlands. Marjolein was present to represent Dutch entrepreneurs in a panel at the presentation of this trend report. Queen Máxima was also present at the presentation of the State of SMEs 2019.

Research shows that many people do a Google search for an electric bicycle for disabled people. vanRaam produces special needs bicycles for people with a disability or a limitation. We see ourselves more as manufacturers of bicycles for people who have problems with a "normal" bike. We have several bicycles for disabled people and people with a problem when cycling. For this purpose we produce special two-wheelers, tricycles, children's tricycles, adult tricycles, tandems, duo bikes, wheelchair bikes and wheelchair transport bikes.
As a manufacturer of special needs bikes, we aim to offer sustainable and contemporary mobility to as many people as possible. We do this for people with disabilities, but also for people who no longer dare to ride a traditional two-wheeler because they are afraid of falling or suffer from balance problems.
We produce high quality Dutch special needs bikes for adults and children. To prove that we suffice different quality requirements we are ISO 9001:2015 certified. ISO 9001 is an international standard for quality management.
