Customer experience Easy Rider adult tricycle - Customer of Zuydfiets
Van Raam dealer Zuydfiets has shared a nice experience of a customer of theirs with the Easy Rider tricycle. Read the experience here
Trying the Van Raam Easy Rider adult tricycle
"The general practitioner did not consider it responsible for the customer to actively participate in traffic due to his medical background. The customer really wanted to cycle, that is after all the only thing that he could do. So the customer came to Zuydfiets via another satisfied customer.
The possibilities were discussed and, of course, the impossibilities as well. The general practitioner, the physiotherapist and the occupational therapist were also involved in this process. At first, the customer was reluctant to cycle on a bike for people with a 'handicap'. After some motivating talks, the customer lent a Van Raam Easy Rider for three days so he could try it out."
The weather wasn't great. However, the customer was so happy with the Easy Rider, that the customer even took his old rain suit out and defied the rain.

"The customer was so happy to be mobile again. The customer even had some very nice reactions on the way. One lady, who had difficulty walking, asked if she could ride the adult tricycle. So she cycled on the tricycle on a parking lot for a while. She obviously saw how happy the gentleman was with this bike. The customer had three wonderful days with this bike."
Cycling through the rain
"Beautiful days? Well, not really, because the weather wasn't great. However, the customer was so happy with the Easy Rider adult tricycle, that the customer even took his old rain suit out and defied the rain. However, his wife really did not feel like cycling with him and he went out on his own. The customer cycled from Maastricht to Gulpen and back to Meerssen by taking a shortcut. He went through the rain and took shelter from the hail. A bit chilled he came back home, a hot chocolate with a nice alcoholic drink followed. This mister will buy the Easy Rider tricycle."
