Customer experience Fun2Go duo bike – Marlies Schonhoff
Marlies could no longer independently participate in traffic, while cycling is one of her hobbies. Because of the Fun2Go duo bike she can cycle again!
Let me introduce myself
“My name is Marlies Schonhoff and I am 67 years old. I live in a family home in a rural area and my hobbies are cycling and reading. I bought the Fun2Go duo bike because I could no longer participate in traffic independently. Before that, I used a Speed Pedelec."
The purchase
“I learned about Van Raam through ‘Sanitätshaus M+L’, which is a shop for medical supplies. On the website I saw the duo bike but I wanted to form my own opinion. Therefore, we made an appointment for a test ride. We were welcomed, we discussed our needs and then we made a test ride on the Fun2Go duo bike. We then order the duo bike. The delivery was great because the bike was delivered to my home.”

“I have had the Fun2Go duo bike since October 2020 and I paid for the bike myself. I have several options on the Fun2Go, namely: a holder for a rollator/wheelchair, mirror, rotating seat and armrests. I use the bike mainly for fun rides and I cycle about 50 kilometres a week. The nicest moments with the Fun2Go duo bike are the friendliness, the greetings, the amazement and the nice conversations.
The advantages of the Fun2Go is that I can exercise and have fun again, I really have a feeling of freedom. A disadvantage I find is that this bike is not supported by the health insurance funds or the BGB in Germany, because they call it a ‘hobby’.
The options and accessories on the duo bike are well placed and the contact is very good. I give the Fun2Go duo bike a 10!”
