Preferred control
Do you have reduced muscle strength or mobility in one hand? The preferred control option might be a perfect solution for you. This option places all handlebar controls, including the main braking system, on your preferred side. The secondary brake and bell are placed on the other side, which you must still be able to operate with reduced strength or mobility.
Can you only use one hand while cycling? Then the single-sided operation option might suit you better. This option mounts all items on one side of the handlebar, allowing you to operate both braking systems with one hand.
Order your Van Raam bike with preferred control from a Van Raam dealer
You can order this option from your Van Raam dealer when you order a Van Raam bicycle. It is not possible to have this option mounted on your bike afterward.
