Nannie v.d. Donk-Suk - Care4More

Nannie has chronic idiopathic axonal polyneuropathy (CIAP), a condition of the nerves that leads to a reduction or change in sensation and muscle function. Now, with the help of rehabilitation, she can cycle again on the Maxi electric tricycle! Read Nannie's story here.

Martine Mingeroet

Martine has a knee prosthesis with scar tissue in between, which prevents her from bending her knee properly. On a traditional bike, her foot kept slipping off the pedal, which made it impossible for her to cycle. Now that she has the Balance low step ebike, she feels safe on her bike again! Wim Dieker

Ninety-year-old Wim Dieker can no longer ride a standard bicycle because he no longer has a hip. Through Stichting Kontaktraad Loil, a side-by-side tandem Fun2Go is available for the community. Fietsmaatjes Schiedam to Paris

In May 2022, two sportive ladies, Romy Snijders and Whitney Schell, cycled from Schiedam to Paris on the Fun2Go side-by-side tandem. With this cycling trip, they wanted to generate more awareness for Fietsmaatjes Schiedam and the importance of movement and social contact for the elderly. Hans Bos
