At Van Raam, we believe that when people can remain mobile and independent for longer, they feel happier. In order to achieve this for as many people as possible, we are constantly working to improve our bicycles. We highly value your opinion and would like to incorporate it into our research.

Who can participate?

Anyone who owns or uses a Van Raam bicycle can join the customer panel. It doesn't matter which bike you have or how often you use it. Even if you haven't had or used your bike for very long, we are very interested in your opinion.

What does the customer panel do?

Approximately 1 to 2 times per year, we will contact you via email to request your opinion on our products through an online survey. You may also be invited to participate in a focus group where discussions and brainstorming sessions will be held to improve current products or identify needs for new bikes or options.

  • Every year, you will receive an email asking if your details are still correct and if you still want to participate in the customer panel.

  • If you no longer wish to participate in the customer panel, you can unsubscribe at any time.
