The Kivo Plus is a very stable tandem because of the two wheels at the back. Users sit firmly on the bike in curves and cannot tip over. It is also easy to get on and off the bike. By fixing the parking brake, the bike stays safely in place.
The tandem also has a low step trough for both parent and child and is therefore easy to use. This contributes to the ease of getting on and off the tandem.
Via the switchable freewheel hub you can determine if and how the child cycles along on the tricycle tandem. You can choose from the following 3 positions:
The child's pedals turn with the driver's pedals. The child must cycle with you.
