Customer experience Easy Rider Compact tricycle - Els van Oorschot
When cycling on a standard two-wheeler was no longer possible due to neurological problems, Els came to vanRaam through her occupational therapist. In this customer experience, Els explains how the Easy Rider Compact tricycle brought her freedom back.
Finally got my freedom back
Els: "Due to neurological problems, I can no longer ride a standard two-wheeler. During my rehabilitation, I came into contact with vanRaam. To get a good idea of which bike would suit me best, I visited the vanRaam showroom in Varsseveld, the Netherlands, through my occupational therapist. I was warmly welcomed there. After a good conversation and a test ride on the test track, it turned out that the Easy Rider Compact tricycle was perfect for me. With the quote for the bike and the necessary options in hand, I went home.
Then I went to the dealer Manders Fietsen in Deurne. I was also warmly welcomed there. While enjoying a cappuccino, we calmly went through everything again. The bike was ordered and after about 4.5 weeks I received a message: my bike would be delivered at home on July 18th. That Friday afternoon, my new tricycle was delivered and fully adjusted to my wishes. They took all the time for me! When it later turned out that the mirror was not mounted, the dealer came back that same evening to fix it. In terms of options, I also have electric pedal assistance, footrests and a handy bicycle bag on the backrest.
I am incredibly happy with my Easy Rider Compact tricycle. I have already cycled about 500 kilometres on it! I wouldn't want to be without it. Finally, I have my freedom back and can enjoy getting out and about again!"
