1. Why did REMOOVE become a Van Raam Premium Dealer?
REMOOVE offers social innovation services, planning, training, consulting, and a means of transport, all of which are aimed at the wellbeing of people, mobility and an inclusive style of tourism. Me and my business partner Andrea Tomasoni are fully involved on developing the different streams of our business. We have a group of professional partners helping us on delivery the best services on each branch: disability manager, account manager, physio therapists, mechanic, lawyers, project experts etc... In addiction we have frequently some students doing their working training on our office.
We became a Van Raam Premium Dealer because we'd like to provide the best services to our customers. Not only in terms of selling but also helping them to find the best solution for their needs, the best after sales and a company that care of their wellbeing at large. Becoming a Premium Dealer represented exactly our goal: be credible, be solid, be trustable.

2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?
Customers can come to the shop, they can book an appointment or make a reservation for a test ride. We also give the chance to have the bike test at your place; a service where one of our experts came to your house with the van and at least 2 or 3 bikes to test to find the best solution for you.We also have options available that can be tested during a test ride, such as footrests, seats, and safety belt systems.
We start with the test ride. Once you find the right bike we go through the configurations and measurements. Then we check the transportation costs and accessories you need. Then we have the final quotation. To make the order customers have to sign the quotation and make a deposit. We offer splitting payments or financing options via Agos.
We also have bikes on stock.
3. How does REMOOVE help customers who already have a Van Raam bicycle?
We are a service pointfor Van Raam bikes in Italy. We give help locally and from remote. We're always available to give support and suggestions to every Van Raam owners (even with foreigners and tourists).
4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle
There are too many but I have two in my mind and both were with a Fun2Go:
An ex-professional bike rider is in a wheelchair because of an accident during training. He wasn't able to ride a bike for the last 20 years. He went to our store by pure chance last spring. We start talking about bikes and possibilities for him (like wheelchair bikes) but he was immediately blown away by the Fun2Go. For us this was a no-go bike because of his disability (he can't move his legs!). He said he have involuntary spasms and sometimes he can control them. Making a long story short, we linked his foot to the pedals with the easy switch, tightening his knees with an elastic band and then we started pedal. In a few seconds he was able to push the legs making his own pedal movement for the first time after the accident. We spent the next two hours around the town, laughing, crying and having fun.
The second is with a blind person, a friend of mine. He was my "passenger" for a while during a bike trip. A certain point he told me "do you think I can ride this bike?" from this point on the craziness took place: we switched positions and I helped him ride the bike by giving distance signals and gradient of rotation (we start using the clock system). This was crazy but also marvelous, something totally new for us, an experience that opened the door to a revolution on cycling also for blind persons.
He was able to push the legs making his own pedal movement for the first time after the accident. We spent the next two hours around the town, laughing, crying and having fun.Mattia Bonanome

The main showroom in Arco (TN) is accessible by car, with a wide parking lot. The parking-lot is free of charge and dedicated to our customers. We have a bike path starting in front of our door, interconnected with a huge network of bike paths. A bus stop 100 m from the shop and a bus station just 600 m from us make our shop a very easy place to reach.
