Personal contact

Van Raam delivers bicycles all over the world, but values personal contact. Ronald says during the interview: "In Japan people cycle a lot, so we deliver a lot of bicycles there. But in countries like Italy and Spain, until recently, hardly any people cycled and that is slowly changing. These are interesting developments for us. We are doing well online, but have nevertheless decided to visit dealers in person. I am currently planning for visits in Germany. This personal contact is appreciated, a face with the company you do business with makes everything a lot easier".
