5 questions for Van Raam Premium Dealer Dreirad Zentrum Tuttlingen
Ronja Gagstatter has been Marketing Manager at e-motion Dreirad Zentrum in Tuttlingen since April 1, 2015, which was founded on November 1, 2011. In this article, she answers some questions so you can get to know the company better and also find out what makes it special.
1. Why did Dreirad Zentrum Tuttlingen become a Van Raam Premium Dealer?
The e-motion Dreirad Zentrum is an e-bike store in Rietheim-Weilheim. Since February 1, 2012, we have been selling Van Raam bicycles. Van Raam offers solutions for individual needs. By selling Van Raam tricycles, we give people the opportunity to ride safely and be mobile when this is not an option on a regular two-wheel bike. By combining the various tricycles with the electric motor, people with disabilities can be mobile independently and, thanks to the support, can train their muscles and stay fit. Therefore, the Van Raam models are important to us as a tricycle dealer.
2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?
Contact
The first step to your dream tricycle is by getting in touch with us. In an initial conversation, basic information is exchanged, requirements are discussed, and an appointment is made for a tricycle consultation and test ride.
Test ride
During a test ride different models are presented and tested. A test ride is very important for our tricycle customers because you need to practice on a tricycle. The right sitting position can be found by trial sitting and only by doing one or more test rides the best fitting tricycle can be found for someone. We therefore schedule 90 minutes for our consultation, so we have enough time for the test ride. We bring along several tricycles and familiarize you with these models. Our tricycle experts find out the individual needs of the interested person through a conversation. The test rides during the appointment allow comparing different tricycles to find the right model. After some practice, we can extend the test ride to the bike path directly in front of our location.
As needed, simple additional options, such as seat belts or footrests, can be fitted during the test ride. During the appointment, limitations can be recognized, and solutions can be found. Depending on the individual adjustments to the bike, special options such as a gear lever, pedal adjustments, rear view mirrors and more can also be adjusted. Feel free to ask about this when you make your appointment.
Our tricycle expert will inform you about various financing options, insurance and much more. In addition, individual adjustments to the tricycle and possible accessories are discussed during the meeting and the desired bicycle is configured according to individual needs. As an overview, you will then receive a no-obligation quote for the tricycle configured for you. You will also receive a printed copy of this quotation (or receive it by email) for review. You can then pass on any further wishes, changes or questions.

To ensure sufficient time and the necessary guidance for the test ride, it is important that you make an appointment for the consultation and a test ride.Â
Purchase
When you decide to buy the tricycle, an order confirmation is made. This confirms the purchase of the tricycle, and it will be reserved or ordered at Van Raam. An appointment will be made to pick up the tricycle. At this appointment you will get an extensive introduction to your tricycle. This includes the individual adjustment of the bike and the extra parts. Your advisor will explain the operations of the tricycle and give you tips on charging the battery and maintaining the tricycle. After this handover appointment, you take the tricycle home or it is delivered to you. Your tricycle expert is still available to answer all your questions. The next time you see us will probably be during the first maintenance of your tricycle.
In our service workshop, we enable the individual adaptation of the tricycle to the customer's needs.

Because we are familiar with the Van Raam models, we can help you with service questions. In our service workshop we make it possible to adapt the tricycle individually to the wishes of the customer. From now on the e-motion team is your service partner for inspections, repairs and contact point for questions or further adjustments. You can visit our workshop for adjustments, inspections, and repairs of your Van Raam bicycle. In addition, you have a legal guarantee claim on the Van Raam bicycle purchased from us. Therefore, we are your contact for complaints.
4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle?
Van Raam's models give customers something very special: mobility. Our greatest experience is when, through the sale of a Van Raam tricycle or one of the other special bikes, you give someone back their mobility. This is a great joy of life that you can pass on with something incredibly beautiful.
5. What makes e-motion Dreirad Zentrum Tuttlingen unique as a Van Raam Premium Dealer?
The special thing about the e-motion Dreirad Zentrum is that, as an e-bike dealer, we not only know three-wheeler models and can customize them individually, but we are also experts in e-bikes. Questions about battery capacity and motor power are our expertise. Depending on the requirements, we find the right model of tricycle for the customer. From light support on a mountain to a fully electric variant.

As an e-bike dealer, we can also adjust the support level individually to the needs of the customer, through adjustments in the software. Innovations in the e-bike sector are our area of expertise and therefore your tricycle is in good hands in our service workshop. At every inspection, the battery and motor are expertly checked and, if necessary, updated. Thanks to our long experience with many tricycle models, we are familiar with a wide range of repairs and special bikes are expertly maintained in our workshop.

We also offer various financing options. Please do not hesitate to contact us. During a consultation we can discuss the most appropriate conditions and financing rates. You can trade in your own Van Raam bicycle when purchasing a new one. We also have Van Raam bicycles in stock.

Ronja’s favorite Van Raam bicycle: Easy Rider sit tricycle
We always call the Van Raam Easy Rider the 'Rolls-Royce' among tricycles. The exceptionally comfortable seating position and easy controls make this model our favorite tricycle. But of course, the Fun2Go and the Chat are also associated with a lot of cycling fun and joy for all cyclists and are therefore absolute favorites.
Contact details of Dreirad Zentrum Tuttlingen
Our Dreirad Zentrum is located at Mühlstraße 6 in the city of Weilheim. You can reach us by car via the B14, turn to Bahnhofstraße and continue the road. After 500 meters you will see the e-motion building on the right.

The best way to reach us by public transport is by train. The Weilheim (Würt) stop is only 500 meters away from the store. Here you cross the level crossing and follow the course of Bahnhofstraße to get to our store. The bicycle path between Tuttlingen and Spaichingen leads directly past the e-motion Dreirad Zentrum.

For customers, there are about 10 parking spaces directly in front of the store. The entrance door of the store is at ground level and within a few meters of the parking spaces. Should all parking spaces be occupied on rare occasions, there is a large courtyard that provides parking. Parking is free of charge.
