2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?
Test rides and bike demos can be done by phone, by appointment, in the store, events, anywhere, many times when I deliver a bike to a customer in another province I take other bikes so that customers can test them near their house. Accessories can be installed to improve the test experience, such as foot fixation (fix 20 or fix 25), crank shorteners, 4 and 5 point seat belts, use of the app etc.
The process from the test ride to the sale in most cases is like this:
- Making a test ride
- Presentation of the final offer with the appropriate configuration
- Financing process
- Once the loan is approved, ask Van Raam for the bike if I don't have it in stock.
When the bike arrives, I personally check whether the delivery of the bike was successful. I teach the customer and explain more about his new bike. Then it’s a happy ending and the beginning of a new story.
