Bart van Dijk has been the owner of Topsell in Gronau since 15 July 2014. In this article he answers a few questions, so you can get to know the company better and also find out what makes it so special.
1. Why did Topsell Gronau become a Van Raam Premium Dealer?
We have been selling Van Raam bicycles since 16 July 2014, because we want to offer our customers a wide range of Van Raam bicycles. Our company is characterized by engagement and service. Customer satisfaction is our first priority. In a relaxed atmosphere, the customer is advised and together we look for solutions.
The customer is welcome to drop by more often for a test ride if he is not quite sure or to practice.
Bart van Dijk2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?
Test ride
A test drive can take place both on appointment and spontaneously. Within a certain radius, we are also happy to drive to the customer for a test ride.
We are always close to the customer, from test ride to delivery and beyond. We take all the time needed for consultation. The customer is welcome to drop by more often for a test ride if he is not quite sure or to practice. During a test ride, various options can be mounted to the bike, such as foot fixation, pedals or different saddles.
Purchase
We are happy to make one or more proposals to customers through an online configuration. Once the customer has chosen a bike, the conditions are discussed and the bike is ordered. The customer is also informed of each step.
After delivery, we instruct the customer about the new Van Raam bicycle upon pickup or personal delivery, and make any necessary adjustments if required. For long-distance deliveries, we are always available to the customer by telephone and/or internet. We have all Van Raam bicycles in stock. It is also possible to trade in bicycles.
3. How does Topsell Gronau help customers who already have a Van Raam bicycle?
We welcome any customer with a Van Raam bicycle, whether purchased from us or elsewhere. In the immediate surroundings, pick-up or repair at the customer's home is possible after making an appointment.
4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle?
There are several. A customer proudly sent us a picture of him with his Van Raam Easy Rider 2 with HT motor at 2,500 meters altitude in the Alps. Or a lady for whom it was no longer possible to cycle and who, thanks to her Easy Rider, can make trips of more than 50 km.
Most customers are happy that with the Van Raam bicycles they can participate in social life again and also do something good for their physical wellbeing. A customer with Parkinson's disease bought an Easy Rider from us years ago and now, with practice, has managed to switch back to a Balance bicycle. The happiness and satisfaction of our customers is our greatest asset.

We try to make the impossible possible, because we are aware of how dependent our customers are on good and fast service. Moreover, the location of the shop is ideal for a long test ride in a quiet environment.
