1. Why did Clever Cycling become a Van Raam Premium dealer?

We have been selling Van Raam bicycles since 1 August 2012. Distribution Van Raam Austria has locations in Upper Austria, Vienna, Styria, Salzburg, Carinthia and Vorarlberg. We have become a Van Raam premium dealer because there is nothing better than getting people on bikes. Making people happy in this way and seeing them shine is priceless. I have never had a more beautiful job.

2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?

Test ride

A test ride can be made at our sales offices after an appointment has been made. For a fee, a test ride can also be carried out at the customer's premises. After the introduction of the bikes in question and the test drive, a quotation will be prepared.

Purchasing

During a test ride, there are various options that can be fitted as well as footrests, pedal shorteners, adaptive pedal cranks, harness, armrests, etc. On delivery, personal adjustments are made.

3. How does Clever Cycling help customers who already have a Van Raam bicycle?

For customers who already have a Van Raam bicycle, we offer service, maintenance, warranty, roadside assistance and support. Customers can also trade in a (Van Raam) bicycle with us.

4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle?

I was allowed to sell an Easy Rider 2 with an electric motor to a customer (stroke patient) 4 years ago. Since then, he has cycled about 40,000 km on the bike! His stroke-related limitations, such as paralysis of the right half of his body and speech impediment have completely disappeared due to the regular training with the Van Raam Easy Rider. He is now 70 years old and still enjoys cycling in all weathers!

We have almost all Van Raam bikes available for test riding at 5 locations in Austria, and many Van Raam stock bikes are available for purchase immediately. Insurance is available through Fase 24, and hire purchase is available on request.
