1. Why did Allround become a Van Raam Premium Dealer?

We have specialised in custom constructions, rear carrier systems, tricycle carriers and much more since 1996. We have known Van Raam for a long time and are convinced of the quality and service. This is why we became a Van Raam Premium dealer in 2020.

2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?

Test ride

If you are looking for a special needs bicycle, you can take a test ride with us. We plan about 2 hours for this. We have a well marked test track of about 1.8 kilometres where you can try out the bike. In our showroom there is the possibility to have different options mounted on to a bike during a test ride and to try them out. We have a complete workshop that can fulfil these wishes.

Purchasing

After making an appointment and a test ride, you will receive an offer. The buying process then proceeds as follows:

  1. After confirmation of the offer, an invoice is written, indicating that half of the bike must be paid upfront.
  2. After receiving the payment, the order is placed at Van Raam.
  3. We inform our customer of the delivery date, which is stated in the Van Raam order confirmation.
  4. After the bicycle has been delivered, we make our payment to Van Raam.
  5. We inform our customer when we will pick up the bicycle and arrange for another appointment for inspection, test ride and fine-tuning. When the bike is at our premises, it is checked (screws, colour, spokes, etc.).
  6. When the customer has transferred the remaining amount, the bike is delivered. We always deliver all bicycles. Furthermore, we already point out our pick-up and delivery service of the inspection.

We also have some bikes in stock, which eliminates the steps where we order the bike from Van Raam.

3. How does Allround help customers who already have a Van Raam bicycle?

We are here to help and advise you. Anyone can bring their Van Raam bicycle to us, regardless of whether it was purchased from us or not. We will then talk to you about your concerns and carry out repairs and maintenance where necessary.

4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle?

One customer had tried a few other tricycles. But didn't get on with any of them. His last option was the Easy Rider. He was totally thrilled with the riding experience and the mobility he got back. He had tears in his eyes, hugged me and thanked me. A wonderful feeling.
