Customer experience Easy Rider e bike trike - Henk Nijenhuis
Recently Van Raam received an e-mail from Henk Nijenhuis. He received his brand new Easy Rider e bike trike 11 days ago and had already cycled 120 kilometers. Curious about the whole story of Henk? Then read on.
Not quite the right bike
"My name is Henk and I live with my wife in an assisted living facility. My hobbies are photography, making DVD shows of the photos and building LEGO. I used to cycle on a Gazelle ebike, but due to balance problems I decided to look for something else.
My son drew my attention to Van Raam. I then consulted the Van Raam website and went to Van Raam several times for a consultation. We first started with a tandem, but this was not recommended to my wife and me. Then we tried the Fun2Go for a week, but we did not like it. Eventually we ended up with the Easy Rider 3 wheel electric trike. At Van Raam we were well served. It was very pleasant and the staff is very friendly. We received good guidance in making the final choice."

Good service and quality
"I ordered the bike at Van Raam dealer Hofstede in Groenlo. The service from the dealer was good, he knew how to tell me everything. I waited 2 months for the Easy Rider, but it was worth the wait! I use the 3 wheel electric trike since September 2021. I like the bike very much, it is very user friendly and has good quality. The Easy Rider will last at least 30 to 40 years. On the road I get a lot of attention and in traffic people take me into account. Germans in particular are champions at this."
Only pluses
"I make bike trips of 30 kilometers on average. The distance also depends on the weather, in good weather I cycle at least 50 kilometers per week. For me there are only plus points about the Easy Rider, no minus points. I don't want to miss the Easy Rider anymore. The only thing is perhaps that the luggage tray can be loaded with 20 kilos. If possible, 10 kilos more would be desirable. I rate the Easy Rider 3 wheel electric trike and service around the bike a 10! Keep it up."
