We are always looking for best-in-class partners to help us meet the growing demand for adaptive cycles. Has one of your customers shown interest in the purchase of a Van Raam bike, or do you need to service a Van Raam bike? By becoming a Van Raam dealer you will get access to all resources necessary to sell and maintain Van Raam bikes. Please fill out the form below in order to register as a Van Raam dealer. What is expected from Van Raam dealers
In order to guarantee the service level offered to our customers, there are some requirements for Van Raam dealers. Becoming a Van Raam dealer is possible for registered businesses working in the rehabilitation- or bicycle / mobility sector. Apart from that, it is expected that dealers can take care of the following aspects:
Advising customers about the purchase of an adapted bicycle
Advising customers about options and accessories
Delivering and adjusting the bike for each customer
Providing periodic maintenance
Carrying out repairs if needed
