What is expected from vanRaam dealers
In order to guarantee the service level offered to our customers, there are some requirements for vanRaam dealers. Becoming a vanRaam dealer is possible for registered businesses working in the rehabilitation- or bicycle / mobility sector. Apart from that, it is expected that dealers can take care of the following aspects:
Advising customers about the purchase of an adapted bicycle
Advising customers about options and accessories
Delivering and adjusting the bike for each customer
Providing periodic maintenance
Carrying out repairs if needed
