In motion every day, moving forward together
In our factory in Varsseveld, people and ideas come together. You can easily drop by a colleague. Quickly align, test something together or act immediately when needed.
Assemblers help each other with a tricky assembly. Engineers are regularly on the shop floor to see if something can be done smarter. Customer Care quickly aligns with Aftersales to help someone on time. These short lines create clarity and trust.
Working together also means being involved in what is going on. You think along, talk along and sometimes decide along. Big or small. This can be about organising our work more efficiently, but just as easily about practical things, like deciding together what we eat after a quarterly meeting. It shows that everyone matters and that ideas are welcome.
The atmosphere is open and down to earth. You simply talk to each other. Whether you just started or have been here for years. That makes collaboration pleasant and natural.
Connected outside of work as well
Good collaboration does not stop at the end of the workday. Team spirit often grows outside of work.
You see it in small things. Having lunch together. Going for a walk during a break. Catching up over coffee. And you see it in the moments we organise together. The summer party in the sun. The Christmas party with a quiz and games. Team outings and sporty events like the VIVLympics, where colleagues from different departments get to know each other in a different way.
We get on our bikes together for a cycling tour. We run along in the KrampRun. And through the social committee, new initiatives keep popping up, from a pub quiz to a karting outing.
