Michael Lorenz has been the owner of Dreirad-Zentrum Karlsruhe since April 2nd, 2019, which was established in 2018. In this article, he answers some questions so that you can get to know the company better and also find out what makes it so special.

We want to give mobility back to the people.
2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?
Test ride
Especially when buying a tricycle, detailed advice and a test ride are important to us. Therefore we plan a test ride of one hour. To avoid unnecessary waiting time, we ask you to make an appointment. You can do this online on our website, by e-mail or by telephone.
We can adjust the handlebars and seat position in various ways, mount footrests, crank shorteners or eccentric cranks to give our customers the best possible basis for a purchase decision.
Purchasing
At the end of the consultation appointment, our customers can receive an offer for the tricycle that suits them best. If you decide to buy, you will receive an order confirmation and make a down payment. We will order the tricycle and contact you as soon as it has been delivered to us. Our customers can then make an appointment for handover or delivery, where we take the time to adjust the bike and instruct our customers on how to use it.

Van Raam cyclist are welcome in our workshop, and we offer a pick-up and delivery service if required.
4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle?

5. What makes Dreirad-Zentrum Karlsruhe unique as a Van Raam Premium Dealer?
We are proud of our large exhibition with tricycles. We offer comprehensive advice and test rides of all models. If necessary, we offer a collection and delivery service of the tricycles. We have Van Raam bicycles in stock.
Financing and insurance
We always offer 0% financing for 10 months, longer terms are also possible. For commercial customers, we can offer leasing.
We offer e-bike insurance through ENRA or ALTEOS, and a GPS sensor for tracking the bike can also be installed on request.

We are conveniently located near the B34 Karlsruhe - Rastatt motorway and only a few hundred metres from the termonis of the S2 tramline. Our customers can park for free in the courtyard of our shop.
