Antje Jetzorke has been the branch manager of the Dreirad Zentrum in Hanover since July 15, 2021, which has been around since 2012. In this article, she answers some questions so you can get to know the company better and find out what makes it so special.
1. Why did Dreirad Zentrum Hannover become a Van Raam Premium Dealer?
The Dutch just knows how to do it! We are a small team of 3 employees and a few part-timers who have a passion for tricycles in any design and specification. We love to create new ideas or possibilities for our clients and are always curious to see the progress and burgeoning enthusiasm of our clients after a consultation.

Test ride
Interested parties can make an appointment online through our website or by phone for a consultation where they can test ride our models. There is plenty of room in our adjacent parking lot to try out the models.
To compensate for the limitation, we have several pedals on offer that we can use, if desired, during a test ride. A popular piece of equipment is the footrest.
Purchasing
If you choose a model after a test ride, we will place an order with our dealer and keep you informed of the delivery time. When your tricycle arrives, it is assembled and tested by our specialists. We will call you to arrange a pickup or delivery date. We also have Van Raam bicycles in stock.
To compensate for the limitation, we have several pedals on offer that we can use, if desired, during a test ride.

Our customers can bring their bikes to us for inspection, file their warranty claims or take advantage of the generous offers of our ENRA insurance, which includes a pick-up service.
4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle?
We have a customer who has bought a Fun2Go duo bike at Van Raam. He is incredibly happy with his special bike. He regularly comes to our showroom with his wife to see if there is something new that can get him more attention. He takes a lot of pictures and is always looking for something new for his bike. He is currently looking for a striking sun hat to wear as an eye-catcher. This way he wants to draw more people's attention to his great bike.

As Dreirad Zentrum Hannover, we give particularly good advice: we regularly hear that we are very patient with our customers. We take a lot of time for everyone, absolutely every question can and may be asked during a test ride. Many of our customers are aware of their situation and appreciate the patience we bring to every conversation. We also offer cycling lessons to help you get used to a tricycle.

We offer many different financing options. Also 0% financing. You can insure your bicycle with us through INRA.

Our Dreirad Zentrum is easily accessible by public transportation. You can take tram lines 1 and 2 from the train station directly to us. The stop is Wiehbergstraße. If you come by car and want to take your new vehicle with you right away, you can park in front of our door free of charge.
