Marcel Thomas has been director of Dreirad-Zentrum in Erfurt since May 1, 2019. In this article, he answers some questions so you can get to know the company better and also find out what makes it so special.
1. Why did Dreirad-Zentrum Erfurt become a Van Raam Premium Dealer?
Because we would like to offer every customer a solution, we decided to become a Van Raam Premium Dealer.
Since December 6, 2019, we have been selling Van Raam bicycles. We are an enthusiastic team and like to help our customers.

Marcel Thomas2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?
Test ride
A test drive can be made by appointment. This allows us to take the time to answer all your questions. An appointment takes about 1 - 2 hours and takes place on the terrain of Dreirad-Zentrum Erfurt. We also have a slope on the bicycle track, with this we try to give the customer an overall view. During the test ride, we can also install foot fixation on the bike if there is a demand for this.
Purchase process
After the test drive, we prepare a quotation for the customer. Should the customer be sure, we can also make the order confirmation on the spot. Once the down payment is received, we order the bicycle. When we have received the bike, we first check whether it actually corresponds to the customer's wishes. If everything is alright, the customer will be informed and the bike can be picked up or delivered.
3. How does Dreirad-Zentrum Erfurt help customers who already have a Van Raam bicycle?
Every customer is welcome at our shop. In this way, we do not distinguish between different bicycle users. If they have any questions they can always come to us.
4. What is your best experience of a customer with a Van Raam bicycle?
My best experience is that I can offer people mobility again. The joy what arises in people is enormous and is very nice to see.
