2. How do you help customers who are looking for a Van Raam bicycle?

Test ride

An appointment can be made online for a test ride. Customers then receive a confirmation with a route planner. A test ride can be made both inside (500 m2) and outside. We take plenty of time for a test ride (1.5 hours). We have the most popular accessories in stock (large battery, foot fixation, panniers, speedometer, mirror, stick holder, balance pedal, cushions etc.).

We provide maintenance, repair, breakdown assistance and you can trade in your Van Raam bicycle for a new model.

We deliver 80% of our bicycles from stock. You can make a test ride indoors (500 m2) and make an appointment for a test ride online. We always deliver the bikes to your home. If something is broken, a mechanic will come to your home. You can always trade in your purchased Van Raam bicycle, for a mobility scooter for example, if cycling is no longer possible.

In addition, we offer financing and lease and it is possible to get a bike insurance through Kingpolis.
