With new bikes you will always receive a user manual. If you prefer to read the user manual digitally or you haven't received yours. The user manuals are all uploaded on the Van Raam website. Every Van Raam bike has a framenumber. The location of the framenumber is slightly different for each bike. The location for your specific bike can be found in the user manual that you received with your bike. You can also find the user manual on the product page of your bike under 'price/documentation'. The framenumber of your bike consists of 11 numbers. The number is present on a sticker with a barcode. The sticker is placed under the topcoat of your bike and cannot be removed. The framenumber is a unique identifier for your bike. Through the framenumber we can find out how and when it was delivered an to which dealer, and what options are supposed to be on it. If there are any problems with your bike, It is always good to have the frame number ready. You can read more about the framenumber in the article 'The frame number on the special needs bikes from Van Raam'.

The first six numbers of your framenummer give away the date of the day, on which your bike's frame was powder coated in our factory. For example a bike with framenumber 210525XXXXXX, was powder coated on 25 May 2021. For bikes older than 2021 the sequence of the framenumber is slightly different, for example; 160820XXXXX is a bike powder coated on 16 August 2020. You can read more about your frame number and where to find it in the article 'The frame number on the special needs bikes from Van Raam'.
