Introduction
"Let me introduce myself. I am Bernard Kulche, 78 years old, living in Leidschendam in the Netherlands. After a secretarial job at the Council for the Arts, I was a piano teacher for 45 years until 2019. I love my dog, a 10-year-old Maltese, whom I like to take with me on my Easy Rider tricycle."
How I found my perfect bike at Van Raam
"I used to have a men's bike, but because it became difficult to swing my right leg over the saddle, I got rid of the bike and bought a women's bike. After a while, I decided to search online for something different, and that's when I came across Van Raam bikes, also with special adaptations for people with disabilities. I made an appointment at the Varsseveld location for a consultation. It was a pleasant experience. I had good coffee, and after a short test ride, I immediately knew that the Easy Rider 3 wheel tricycle was the bike for me. After that, I ordered the Easy Rider from Van Raam dealer Huisman Leiden, and it was delivered on time, even a week earlier, I believe."
I find the Easy Rider tricycle very easy to cycle and I feel safe on the bike.

"As for options, I have SmartGuard tires, reinforced suspension and an adapter for a bicycle trailer. I chose the Easy Rider Large, which is a bit longer. This is because I am 1.93 meters tall and weigh about 105 kilograms. I am very happy with the Easy Rider Large and rate the bike a 10!"
Safe and easy cycling with the Easy Rider tricycle
"I mainly use the Easy Rider for rides of about 10 kilometers and to “walk” my dog. I think I've cycled about 100 kilometers in 3 months. It took some getting used to; a tricycle has different handling than a two-wheeled bicycle. More braking in corners, and you feel uneven road surfaces more. But on smoother roads, it's ideal and comfortable. I find the Easy Rider 3 wheel tricycle very easy to cycle and I feel safe on the bike. I have no complaints."
