Expert panel
At Van Raam, we believe that when people remain mobile and independent for longer, they experience greater happiness. To make this possible for as many people as we can, we are continuously working on improving our bikes. We invite the assistance of individuals with expertise and experience who regularly encounter our bikes in their work.
If you enjoy contributing ideas and would like to share your knowledge to help enhance our bikes together, please sign up as an expert for our expert panel.
Who can participate?
Anyone involved in their work with adapted bikes can join the expert panel, such as bicycle dealers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, caregivers, etc. It doesn't matter which adapted bikes you encounter in your work (they don't have to be Van Raam bikes), or how often. Even if you recently had your first experience with an adapted bike, we are very interested in your opinion.
What does the expert panel do?
Approximately once a year, we will contact you via email to request your opinion and expertise on adapted bikes. In most cases, this will involve a focus group, which can take place online or in person. Discussions/brainstorming sessions will focus on improving current products or identifying needs for new bikes or options. We may also request to visit your location to observe the use of any bikes and address any issues you may have experienced in your environment.

Every year, you will receive an email asking if your details are still accurate and if you would like to continue participating in the Expert Panel.
