As a Marketing Specialist for the DACH region at Van Raam, you are responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events targeted at Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).

You will be part of our marketing communication team and act as our DACH expert. In this role, you will work closely with other marketing specialists and our sales team. You play a key role in further expanding Van Raam’s market position in the DACH region and boosting interaction and conversions within our target audiences. You will regularly coordinate your strategy and activities with the marketing manager, the marketing team, and the sales manager.

Your Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy for the DACH Region: You develop a tailored marketing strategy for the specific target groups in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You collect relevant data, conduct market research, and use these insights to create targeted and results-oriented initiatives. Your focus is on increasing brand awareness and engagement. You have an excellent command of the German language and culture and effectively adapt content across various channels and for different audiences.

Market Analysis for the DACH Region:
You regularly conduct market research to identify local trends, competitive developments, and opportunities. You use these insights to continuously optimize our regional marketing strategies and tailor them to the market’s needs.

Local Marketing Campaigns:
You create and implement local marketing campaigns specifically tailored to the interests and needs of the target audiences in the region. You use a variety of channels such as print, radio, local media, and digital advertising to achieve broad reach.

Event Organization:
You are responsible for organizing and coordinating events aimed at increasing brand awareness, engaging the community, and attracting potential customers. This includes product launches, workshops, and demo days.

Collaboration with Local Partners:
You build long-term relationships with local partners such as companies, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and leverage local marketing opportunities.

Budget Management:
You manage the marketing budget for the DACH region and ensure that resources are strategically allocated to activities that have the greatest impact on achieving set goals.

Reporting and Analysis:
You define clear goals in consultation with the marketing manager and the sales manager and regularly report on the performance of local marketing activities. You analyze KPIs and derive optimization measures from the results to make future initiatives even more effective.

Your Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Several years of experience in marketing and campaign implementation.

  • Excellent knowledge of the local market and culture in the assigned region.

  • Outstanding communication skills in German; English proficiency is a plus.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders.

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to use data strategically.

  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
