Vacancy: Manager Regional Sales International (Nordics/Italy/UK)

vanRaam is looking for an International Managing Director (Nordics, Italy & UK) to lead our growth in our most promising markets.

This role is not just about managing teams it’s about building a strong commercial organization, creating exceptional customer experiences, and forging lasting partnerships that accelerate our international success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and commercial team across the Nordics, Italy, and the UK.

  • Define and implement tailored growth strategies for each market, aligned with the company’s vision.

  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and headquarters to achieve international growth targets.

  • Manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners, including contract negotiations and sales support.

  • Oversee product portfolio management, marketing campaigns, and customer satisfaction initiatives across the international markets.

  • Ensure legal compliance, financial forecasting, budget control, and cost-effective commercial activities in multiple regions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of proven experience in building and leading customer-focused organizations across multiple countries.

  • Strong sales expertise with a track record of driving revenue growth internationally.

  • Hands-on, results-driven leadership style with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

  • Broad experience across sales, account management, marketing, customer success, and business development.

  • Skilled in building organizational structures during growth phases.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English (knowledge of Nordic languages, Italian, or Dutch is a plus).

  • International exposure and cultural understanding of the Nordics, Italian, and UK markets.

  • Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and customer-focused mindset.

  • Experience in the bicycle industry is not required, but enthusiasm for the field is highly valued.
