Vacancy: Account Manager DE
The role is for supporting and expanding our existing team of Account Managers in the regions: Mid/East Germany
Job Purpose
An Account Manager DE is responsible for driving commercial growth, getting right commercial partners on board, maintaining existing businesses and supporting vanRaam’s mission of enhancing mobility, freedom, and quality of life for customers worldwide.
The role is for supporting and expanding our existing team of Account Managers in the regions: Mid/East Germany.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical/Functional Skills
Passion for all things cycling
Ability to work in a team and a commitment to contributing to the entire vanRaam team
Confident demeanour, negotiation skills, assertiveness, and drive
Willingness to travel frequently
Behavioural Competencies
Strategic and results-driven mindset
Hands-on, proactive approach
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Team-oriented and collaborative
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
Languages
Excellent German and good English language skills
Experience in the bicycle industry is not required, but enthusiasm for the field is highly valued.
Experience
Professional experience in the cycling industry and sales
Ideally, you have already established a dealer network in the region
Education and Background
Completed vocational training in business or other comparable training (e.g., bicycle mechanic)
