Vacancy: Business development representative Germany
Ready to drive vanRaam’s growth in Germany? As our new business development representative, you’ll help expand our customer base, build strong partnerships, and spot opportunities in one of Europe’s most exciting markets. Join our ambitious team and make a real impact on mobility and cycling innovation!
The Role
As the Business development representative for Germany, you will represent vanRaam in a market full of opportunities. Your focus is on building strong relationships, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our position across the country. You’ll collaborate closely with the country manager and colleagues within the DACH region, but also have the freedom to operate independently.
With your analytical mindset, you quickly recognize what the market needs and respond with smart solutions. You enjoy engaging with new prospects, creating trust, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships. Although vanRaam is already active in Germany, there is significant potential for growth — and you are the one to help us achieve it.
This role goes beyond sales alone. You actively contribute to shaping our strategy in Germany, using your entrepreneurial drive and commercial insight to spot opportunities and turn them into results — for vanRaam and for your own development.
Who You Are
You have at least three years of experience in a similar role
You thrive in an independent role and take initiative rather than waiting for direction
You have a passion for the bicycle industry
You find it rewarding to help people regain mobility
You are based in Germany
You are fluent in both German and English
You enjoy engaging with customers, giving product demonstrations, and creating enthusiasm about our bikes
You are comfortable with traveling and working a flexible schedule
